Salty Sweet Bliss Clusters

Introducing our Cluster Craze recipe- a symphony of flavors in every bite! Picture creamy milk chocolate mingling with golden-roasted peanuts, all topped with a luscious homemade caramel drizzle. It’s the perfect blend of sweet and salty, guaranteed to satisfy your cravings with every indulgent mouthful. Get ready to elevate your snacking with these irresistible clusters.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup milk chocolate
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • Caramel sauce (to drizzle)

INGREDIENTS FOR CARAMEL SAUCE:

  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 3/4 cup warm fresh cream

PROCEDURE:

  • Step 1: Chop the chocolate into pieces, add them into a bowl and microwave it util it melts completely.
  • Step 2:  On a baking tray put butter paper.
  • Step 3: Pour the melted chocolate with a spoon on the sheet.
  • Step 4: Roast the peanuts in a pan until it gets golden brown in color.
  • Step 5: Add the peanuts on the top of melted chocolate.
  • Step 5: Freeze them at least for 15 minutes.

PROCEDURE FOR CARAMEL SAUCE:

  • Step 6: Add sugar in a pan and then pour water into it.
  • Step 7: Cook it on low heat until the sugar melts and turns into golden brown color.
  • Step 8: Add butter and cook until it nicely melts into it.
  • Step 9: Keep the flame low, add cream and cook it mixed into it properly.
  • Step 10: Drizzle the caramel sauce on top of clusters.

TADA! YOUR HOMEMADE CLUSTERS ARE READY.

NOTES AND TIPS:

  • Do not overcook sugar and water.
  • Make sure to dissolve butter and cream into mixture properly.
  • Do not overcook the peanuts.
  • Make sure to store the caramel sauce into a jar in refrigerator.
