INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 & 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Chocolate of your choice (dark chocolate, chocolate chips, etc.)
PROCEDURE:
- Step 1: In a bowl, add melted butter, light brown sugar and white sugar. Whisk it like a paste.
- Step 2: Add eggs and vanilla extract. whisk whisk!
- Step 3: Now add salt and all-purpose flour and mix well.
- Step 4: Add your favorite type of chocolate.
- Step 5: Pour the batter into the baking pan and top it with some more chocolate if you love chocolate in every bite!
- Step 6: Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.

NOTES AND TIPS
- Make sure the eggs are at room temperature.
- Make sure to whisk the melted butter and sugar mixture in sort of like a paste that does not stick to the side of the bowl and pull away.
- Make sure to put butter paper or grease with butter and dust some all-purpose flour on the baking pan.
- Keep checking the blondies with a toothpick test.
